1) Requesting Estimates and Appointments

At Fattys we value your time which is why we work by appointment only.  We also value your health and safety which is why we keep our doors locked and our occupancy low at all times.  No more waiting in a busy lobby for a tattoo procedure!

The first step to getting a tattoo is to connect with an artist and get an estimate. Simply fill out the online tattoo request form and you will be responded to by an artist. On the online form you will be able to describe your request, send images and request a specific shop location and artist (if desired). You will also be able to let us know how you would prefer to be communicated with for your estimate (text, phone, email or in person).

In order for the tattoo estimate process to go as quickly and clearly as possible please give us as much description as possible and make sure you give us accurate contact information so we can respond to you.

Once we have received your tattoo request you will be contacted by one of our artists. They will either give you an estimate or follow up with more questions. For more complex tattoo projects your artist may request to have a consultation with you to better understand your tattoo request. Consultations can be done in person or over the phone.

2) Submtting Your Tattoo Deposit

After you have received your estimate it is time to make your deposit and book your tattoo appointment! Your artist will send you a payment link for the agreed upon deposit amount. This payment link will take you to Fattys online booking platform where you will register and login, select your artist, select your deposit amount and pay.

After your deposit has been received your artist will reach back out to you to set up your preferred date and time for your appointment.

3) When You Arrive for Your Appointment

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment. Also if your are driving to your appointment please account for the time it takes to park. If you arrive late for your appointment you may miss your appointment and not be able to receive your service. When you arrive the door will be locked. Just knock or press the buzzer when you arrive and you will be let in by a staff member. If no one opens the door immediately please be patient. Sometimes we are finishing up with other clients and cannot get to the door right away. Once inside the shop you will present ID, sign a release form and pay for your goods and/or services.

4) What to Expect During Your Appointment

Sometimes your tattoo artist will need to prepare art for you in person and sometimes it can be done before you arrive. Once your design is ready your artist will bring you into the procedural area and explain the process. Then they will clean and prepare the tattooing site for the procedure and finally, they will preform your tattoo service.

5) What to Expect After Your Appointment

Your artist will explain the proper aftercare process for your tattoo. They will offer you the opportunity to purchase an aftercare kit if you would like one. Please follow your tattoo aftercare instructions for optimal healing and results.

Although caring for your tattoo is your responsibility, our tattooing staff is always here to help advise you. If you have any concerns or questions about your tattoo, you can contact your artist directly.

6) GUARANTEES

We generally guarantee most tattoo work up to two months after they have been applied and will do touch-ups for free if needed. However if you do not follow proper aftercare instructions you will need to pay full price for your touch-up. 

We do not guarantee tattoos that are placed on the head, face, neck, elbows, knees, hands, fingers and feet. There will be a charge for any touch-ups needed in these areas.
