Kerrin is a Vietnamese American tattoo artist with a background in permanent makeup, bringing precision, intention, meticulous attention and detail to every piece she creates. She has been tattooing professionally since 2023 across Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia. She specializes in fine-line florals, ornamental designs, script, and micro tattoos, drawing inspiration from nature and organic forms.
Kerrin also performs cosmetic tattooing and permanent makeup services including powder brows, nano brows, combo brows, lip blushing, and lip neutralization.
Kerrin speaks English and Vietnamese and works by appointment at our Silver Spring location.
